PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wave activation mine which solves the problem where, related to a mine which is buried under ground for exploding/distracting a mobile object and the like, a conventional mine is not utilized according to battle situation, and acts without telling friend from foe, while removing it is accompanied by danger and requires high technology and many hours. SOLUTION: There are provided an antenna for receiving a command signal transmitted from a place away from where buried under the ground, a receiver for detecting the command signal, a decoder for judging whether the command signal is a friend transmission signal or not, and a safety device where, based on the judging result, the mine is activated for initiation according to the signal if it is the command signal otherwise inactivated for prohibiting initiation. Thus, the buried mine is activated/inactivated on the command signal, and after buried, it functions for a foe while not functions for friend. When the buried mine is no longer required, it is removed in a short time while avoiding danger, so unwanted injury and destruction related to the remaining mine are avoided.
