PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid combustion treatment device forming the mixed fuel of a waste liquid, water system wastes that are discharged by food industries, automobile industries and other processing industries and liquid fuel and emulsifying it to fine fuel so as to use the waste liquid as combustion improver, thereby contriving the incinerating treatment of the waste liquid through the combustion of the fine mixed fuel, and also permitting the improvement of environment due to the improvement in fuel expenses, the suppression of generation of NOx, the reduction of exhaust gas, etc. SOLUTION: A waste liquid combustion treatment device of this invention has a constitution containing a waste liquid feed part comprising a waste liquid tank 10, a sub-pump 10a for feeding a waste liquid, a control valve 11 for feeding the waste liquid and a waste liquid flowmeter 12, a main fuel feed part comprising a main fuel tank 13 storing heavy oil and an oil heater 14, mixing equipment 15, a main feed pump 15a, a burner 17, a combustion controller 20 and a fan for combustion air 21.
