PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a building board having a surface pattern wherein a specific pattern part is distinguished from the other pattern clearly by colors. SOLUTION: This building board 10 forming a pattern by a paint film on its surface is provided, and a projecting weir part 15 is formed along an outer peripheral fringe of a pattern part 14 desiring clear division from the other pattern by colors. Paint 21 is sprayed from, for example, a paint nozzle 20 of an ink jet painting device for an inner side of the projecting weir part 15. The painted paint is stopped by the projecting weir part 15 and does not flow out to the outside to provide a clear boundary line.
