FITTING METHOD OF FRAME MATERIAL TO SANDWICH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a frame material to a sandwich panel while strength of it is maintained. SOLUTION: A frame material 20 is fitted to a sandwich panel 10 where a core material 13 is bonded between a pair of surface plates 11 and 12 using a hot-melt adhesive 14. Here, a part of one surface plate 11 and core material 13 of the sandwich panel 10 is cut off with the adhesive 14 remaining on the surface, and then the frame material 20 is jointed to the surface of adhesive 14 at the cut-off part (fitting part 15) using a hot-melt adhesive 14a (new adhesive). Both adhesives 14 and 14a are melted under heat so that the frame material 20 is bonded to the cut-off part (fitting part 15) of the sandwich panel 10.
