PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of warm water when the warm water in a warm water tank is spouted from a hand-washing spout pipe. SOLUTION: The warm water tank 24 is connected to a branch valve 44 via a fed water receiving pipe 48 equipped with a solenoid valve 51. A hand- washing basin 52 is formed at an upper portion of a tank cover 40, for which a hand-washing spout pipe 54 is provided. A hand-washing valve 56 is arranged at an intermediate portion of a warm water pipe 28, and the hand-washing valve 56 and the hand-washing spout pipe 54 are connected together by a warm water supply pipe 58. Further, air is blown from an air pump 70 to the warm water supply pipe 58 via a nozzle 71, whereby warm water mixed with bubbles is spouted from the water-washing spout pipe 54.
