PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation bucket forming a base metal used for cutting edge, excavation claw or the like in consideration for workability or the like, at the same time, increasing surface hardness of those members and improving abrasion and wear resistance. SOLUTION: The cutting edge 11 constituting the excavation bucket 6 is formed by using steel material or the like. For example, a cutting edge flame- coating membrane 17 of a hard metal material making tungsten carbide as a main ingredient is formed on the outside surface of the cutting edge 11. For adapter 12, excavation claw 13, wear plate 14 and side cutter 15, the approximately same steel material or the like as that of the cutting edge 11 is used, and adapter flame-coating membrane 18, excavation claw flame-coating membrane 19, wear plate flame-coating membrane, side cutter flame-coating membrane 21 are respectively formed on the outside surfaces of the members.
