The invention concerns a hybrid card comprising a card body (100) containing an antenna (20) and at least an integrated circuit chip (10), a cavity (110) of the card body for housing contact pads. The method for making said card comprises steps which consist in: producing strip conductors (150) connected to the contact pads (11) of the chip (10); flip-chip connection of the chip on the connecting terminals (120) of the antenna (20) and on the strip conductors (150); producing connection sinks (170) in the cavity (110) connected to the strip conductors (150); filling up the sinks (170) with an electrically conducting material; transferring an ohmic contact assembly (300) into the cavity (110) and interconnecting the contact pads (130) with the strip conductors (150).
