QUESTIONNAIRE PROCESSING METHOD AND PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire processing method and processing system which allow simplifying steps in a questionnaire greatly and reducing a required time considerably, and also allow a respondent who does not have a personal computer to join a questionnaire. SOLUTION: A questionnaire creator (an executant) accesses a server, and creates a questionnaire. The server sends a format of a questionnaire, which is prepared inside beforehand, to a creator terminal. The questionnaire creator creates question items of the questionnaire by using the format to send to the server. A questionnaire respondent accesses the server by using a browser software of the personal computer or a telephone. The server sends display data for displaying questionnaire description to the personal computer of the respondent when applied by a browser (step S3 to S5), and sends audio signals of the questionnaire description by voice synthesis to the telephone of the respondent when applied by a telephone (step S6 to S8).
