PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation system for application forms which eliminates the need for classification by customers and has good operation efficiency even when application forms having different layouts are to be generated. SOLUTION: This system has a customer information file (1) which contains information regarding many customers, various layout information files (2) which contain layout information on various application forms corresponding to the kinds of the application forms, a digital printer (3) which prints supplied 1st information and 2nd information by overlaying, and an information processing means (4) which supplies one piece of customer information extracted from the customer information file and one piece of layout information selected from various layout information files to the digital printer. |
