PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for processing information, with which planning costs can be reduced by smoothly reporting requests to building engineers or sales staff by allowing a client of building himself/herself to make a drawing of a construction to be built, and to provide a storage medium. SOLUTION: In an information processor 10 having a processing means for supporting the designing of a construction A composed of plural rooms, this processing means is provided with a room information storage means 13 for storing room information 101-107 specifying the three-dimensional forms of respective rooms, a room layout means 11 for reading the room information 101-107 of desired rooms out of the room information storage means 13 and designating the layout of these respective rooms and a display means 11 for displaying drawings D1-D5 of the construction A.
