PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high energy density electrochemical device having an aluminum laminate cladding wherein micro-shorting caused by peeling or cracking which occurs when inserted into the cladding is prevented, and has a high production efficiency. SOLUTION: The electrochemical device has an aluminum laminate film as a cladding 1, with an electrochemical device element body 2 sealed inside. Corner parts 21 of the electrochemical device element body 2 are rounded. |
