PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a narrow frame region and superior display quality. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a display panel having a glass substrate 27 and source drivers IC101 which are arranged along the end tips of the glass substrate 27. An FPC 21 is connected between the source drivers IC101. On the substrate end side of the source driver IC101, a GND bump 24d, an analog power supply bump 23d, a digital power supply bump 25d, a positive polarity side gradation voltage bump 22d and a negative polarity side gradation voltage bump 26d are formed in the order along which current flows. An input bump and the FPC21 are connected by input wiring on the glass substrate. Moreover, logic signals 14 and 15 are formed along a short side 104 of the source drivers IC101 and a long side 103 of the display region side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
