PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a timing information that specifies a time period, during which a neighboring line makes a cross-talk impact to be notified accurately and effectively from a station side to a subscriber side. SOLUTION: In a digital subscriber line transmitting method which transmits a DMT symbol under a noisy environment from an ISDN ping-pong transmission circuit, a sender notifies the timing specifying the period affected by crosstalks, by changing a phase of a 48th carrier tone signal, separately from a 64th carrier pilot tone signal in the DMT symbol within the ISDN ping-pong transmission transmitting zone (FEXT zone), during a training time performed prior to the data transmission.
