PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-mounted structure with which a one-ear-mounted rhythm generating apparatus or the like can be surely held on the surface of the ear, and which can be mounted commonly for the ears in various sizes with a little burden and further can be easily attached/detached. SOLUTION: An extension plate 12 is fixed to a casing 11 of a rhythm generating apparatus 80, a pair of struts 92 are raised at the edge of the extension plate 12, and both the terminals of an ear restriction member 83 are supported on the struts. A tumbler mechanism is provided adjacently to the supported portions, the external ear is held between the casing 11 and the ear restriction member 83 and in such a state, the casing 11 is positioned on the surface of the ear. In the ear restriction member, a retour part 85 is connected above and under a restriction part 86 which is matched to the form of the root of the ear, via a bent portion 84, thereby assimilating to considerably individually different lengths of the ears.
