PURPOSE: An advertisement panel using electro luminescent lamps is provided to simplify the process of manufacturing by realizing various sizes and patterns of the electro lamps and circuits on one sheet. CONSTITUTION: The advertisement panel using the electro luminescent lamps is comprised of a luminous panel part(220) printed with a pattern of an electro luminescent device on one sheet; a controller(300) for controlling the action of the luminous panel part with supplying electric power to the luminous panel part; and an advertisement panel part(400) printed with a certain advertisement image, which are illuminated by a light emitted from the luminous panel part.
