<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register tire identification information without degrading the traveling performance of a vehicle in a tire identification information registration system to be used when registering tire identification information in the tire pneumatic pressure monitoring system to detect the pneumatic pressure of the tire in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A reading device 82 acquires a sensor ID from a bar code, and a communication device 88 transmits the registration command including the sensor ID acquired by the reading device 82 to a vehicle 2. When a tire ECU 50 mounted on the vehicle 2 receives the registration command from the communication device 88, the sensor ID included in the registration command is registered in a RAM 56 in a non-active manner. Therefore, the sensor ID is acquired by this tire identification information registration system without any troublesome input operation, the acquired sensor ID is registered in the vehicle 2 side, and the registration of the sensor ID is easily performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
