<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security for a file name for preventing deduction of the file contents. <P>SOLUTION: When data D1 developed on a memory 10 are stored in a file storage part 50, a user file name having meaning such as sales account in April is given by a user A. A storage control part 35 converts the name sales account in April into a storage file name such as RST123 having no meaning. A correspondence between them is stored as file name correspondence information of the user A in a correspondence information storage part 80. A storage processing part 30 stores the data D1 with the file name RST123. When the user A receives a list of the names of the stored files from a file name display part 60, a display control part 65 carries out inversion of the file name based on the file name correspondence information, so that the file name sales account in April is displayed as the file name having meaning.
