<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electronic cooler capable of separating a condensate in a fluid and enabling efficient gas-liquid separation, and a compact analyzer of high precision enhanced in energy efficiency using it. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic cooler wherein a cooling pipe having a double-pipe structure wherein an inner pipe is arranged in an outer pipe is arranged in a heat exchange block in an up and down direction, the leading end of the inner pipe is arranged so as to be located at a part higher than the lowest temperature region of the cooling pipe by a predetermined distance. Herein, the inner surface of at least the leading end of the inner pipe preferably has water repellency. Further, it is preferable to arrange a spiral member having high heat conductivity and hydrophilicity is in the flow channel formed between the inner and outer pipes.
