<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow velocity sensor measuring the flow velocity of fluid with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This flow velocity sensor has: an approximately U-shaped projection part 13 projecting toward the inside of a pipe 12 wherein the fluid passes; a fluid temperature sensor 14 bonded and arranged onto the upstream side on the surface of a recessed part constituting the projection part 13; a fluid flow velocity sensor 16 bonded and arranged onto the bottom surface of the recessed part separately from the fluid temperature sensor 14; and a heating resistor 18 laminated and arranged on the fluid flow velocity sensor 16. The interval between the projection part 13 and the fluid temperature sensor 14, the interval between the projection part 13 and the fluid flow velocity sensor 16, and the interval between the fluid flow velocity sensor 16 and the heating resistor 18 are bonded respectively with an adhesive 20 containing silver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
