An organism sample is injected into the sample injection part 44, a stopper 58 is removed, a proper part of a flow channel is closed, air is discharged from or sucked in the sample injection part 44 and the PCR reaction reagent storage part 46 through a nozzle so that the sample is mixed with the PCR reaction reagent and retained in a PCR reaction part 54 to carry out a PCR reaction by a fixed temperature cycle. Then, a proper part of the flow channel is closed, air is discharged from or sucked in the typing reagent storage part 48 and the mixing part 50 through a nozzle, a reaction solution is mixed with a typing reagent, then the reaction solution is sent to a probe arrangement part 30 and a fluorescence is detected by a corresponding probe to detect SNP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
