PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a pulse involved with the opening/closing of a spring constant selector valve. SOLUTION: Vehicle height down control is performed in the closed state of the spring constant selector valve 28FL and when it is switched to the opening state after completion, since an operation fluid quickly flows out from an accumulator 26FL, the pulse is generated. In contrast thereto, in the opened state of a crosswise communication valve 112, if the spring constant selector valve 28FL is switched to the opened state, the operation fluid flowing out from the accumulator 26FL can be fed to not only a suspension cylinder 10FL corresponding to a left front wheel 4FL and a high pressure accumulator 24FL but also a suspension cylinder 10FR corresponding to a right front wheel 4FR and a high pressure accumulator 24FR.
