A half body heating mat is provided to give a user the effect of half bath during sleeping, to allow the user to get the benefit of half bath without water, and to facilitate its use regardless of time and space. The half body heating mat comprises: electric heating wire; a bottom heating mat(3) into which the electric heating wire inserted; and a cover heating mat into which the electric heating wire inserted. The bottom and cover heating mat are connected to each other forming double layer. A user inserts his lower half body into the inner space of mat and can enjoy its half bath effect during resting or sleeping.
