A structure for discharging static-electricity of decorations is provided to protect components from electrostatic discharge, by guiding to discharge static electricity when the static electricity is inputted into the components through decorations in the outside. A decoration(2) is formed with a conductive material, and surrounds a component mounted on a printed circuit board(1). A static electricity guiding part(3) is comprised in one plane of the decoration, and guides the static electricity inputted to the decoration from the outside by being formed with a material more conductive than the decoration. A grounding member(4) is installed on the printed circuit board by being separated from the static electricity guiding part, and discharges the static electricity guided from the static electricity guiding part.
