<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus which does not require a new power source, and can maintain biological treatment performance at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The wastewater treatment apparatus comprises a treatment tank 1 for biological treatment of wastewater, an organism carrier part 3 installed in the treatment tank 1 for carrying microorganisms, and an aeration part 4 disposed in the lower part of the treatment tank 1. The organism carrier part 3 comprises oscillating beds 2, and an oscillating beds support 10 for fixing the oscillating beds 2 in the treatment tank 1. The oscillating beds support 10 is composed of fixed frames 11 and movable frames.
