PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hydrogen with a good efficiency and moreover in a short time. SOLUTION: Water vapor can be converted by the measure to generate plasma P by supplying voltage for generating plasma on one or two sorts of metal ingredients selected from Ag, Au and Pt and a plasma generation electrode 1 composed of TiO2, to irradiate the light under the plasma P onto a photocatalyst 2 and to contact treated gas G including water vapor and the photocatalyst 2 on the state, that is by a decompose effect of plasma and a catalysis of photocatalyst. |
