PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an amino acid sequence of retinoic acid receptor epsilon (RARε), and a nucleotide sequence encoding the RARε. SOLUTION: The RARε and a DNA (RNA) encoding such a polypeptide are provided. The method for producing the peptide by a recombinant technique, and the method for utilizing the peptide for therapy, e.g. tissue regeneration, and stimulation of immune or hematopoietic systems are also provided. The method for identifying a ligand stimulating the RARε is also provided. |
