FIELD: building unit production, particularly to produce panels, tiles, brick, blocks and so on by electromagnetic cement mix treatment during setting and hardening. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing cement, filler, water and active additives; mixing said components; pouring the mix in form made of dielectric material; compacting the mix in the form; subjecting the form to electromagnetic field by placing the firm inside solenoid and applying pulsed constant current magnetic field with 50 or 100 Hz frequency. ^ EFFECT: increased mechanical strength, possibility to use low-voltage electric current and decreased article treatment time. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
