PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator for generating power efficiently. SOLUTION: Edges 21_1 to 21_8 of the magnet body of a first inner rotor 3 are energized in a direction for rotating the first rotor 3 clockwise with the rotating shaft 11 as a center, according to the position relationship to edges 43_1 to 43_9 of the magnet body of a second outer rotor 5. In this case, the rotation of the first rotor 3 is synchronized with that of the second rotor 5, and the position relationship between the first and second rotors 3, 5 is kept equal continuously.
