PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture divided stator of a strong electromagnetic machine exhibiting good magnetic characteristics, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The stator comprises a stator core 3 where a plurality of core portions are arranged at a V-shaped interval, and a winding on the tees 2. A V-shaped clearance is filled with a magnetic resin material thus coupling the core portions magnetically and mechanically. The core portion is a divided yoke portion or a tees 2 divided from the yoke portion. It is also proposed to coat at least one side of the outer surface of the core portion with a magnetic resin material, to coat the non-coated side with a nonmagnetic resin material, and to manufacture the stator by an inner diameter jig. Consequently, manufacture and assembling are facilitated without causing any damage on the magnetic characteristics. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
