An emergency generator for controlling a peak is provided to supply a peak power stably by preventing a short circuit of a load using a dual system. An emergency generator for controlling a peak includes a detection module(210), a control unit(230), a first micom board(220), a second micom board(240), a database(280), an error analysis module(250), an error recovering module(290), a display module(270), and a transceiving module(260). The first micom board controls a diesel generator. The second micom board is operated preliminary when an error is found in the first micom board. The database receives and stores information collected by the first and second micom boards. The error analysis module analyzes information stored in the database, and analyzes an error cause by predicting the error of the diesel generator or analyzing input information at the time of error. The error recovering module recovers the error. The display module displays the analyzed result of the first and second micom board and the error analysis module. The transceiving module informs an error state of the diesel generator of a manger through a communication unit having RS-232C, RS-485, and an internet.
