GROUND WIRE WITH OPTICAL FIBER

A neutral wire with an optical fiber is provided to reduce the load of a supported part by simplifying a distribution line by integrating the neutral wire with an optical fiber for communication for power control of a power facility management authority. Electric power lines of R, S, T phase are installed on a cross-arm on a utility pole via an insulator, and a neutral wire is located between utility poles together with an overhead earth wire installed on an overhead earth wire supporting part on top of the utility pole. The neutral wire is connected to a neutral point of a transformer when the transformer is connected through Y-connection in a three phase AC power system or a single phase three wire system. The neutral wire includes an optical cable finished with a common sheath, and the optical cable and the neutral wire are separated by using a rip code. The optical cable and the neutral wire are located on the neutral wire position on a 22,900V electric power line.
