PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding jig, a pair of holding jigs, and a holder for an adhering object, which transfer a large number of adhering objects held by adhesion to another holding jig as desired, and enable to manufacture a small component having high quality accuracy. SOLUTION: The holding jig 1 has an adhesive elastic member 3 provided on a jig body 2, and holds an adhering object adhering and held on the elastic member 3. The holding jig 1 is characterized in that a difference between the maximum and minimum thicknesses is≤4% for an axial direction length of the adhering object. The pair of holding jig is provided with the first and second holding jigs, wherein at least any one of the first and second holding jigs is the holding jig, and the second elastic member has a larger adhesive force than that of the first elastic member.
