An electrically conductive coating (20) is arranged on the amorphous layer (15). A solid electrolyte capacitor as an electrical component of this type, in which, for example, the electrode (1A) is connected as the anode and the electrically conductive coating (20) is connected as the cathode, has especially good capacitance while simultaneously having low ESR. |
