PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position display device and a position display system capable of confirming an accurate position even in darkness and bad visual field by using it on various roads, passages, a runaway, a sea road and the like. SOLUTION: The accurate position of the position display device can be clearly informed to an observer under a condition blocking the visual field by coloring mist, rain, snow, smoke or the like being a cause blocking the visual field existing in the advancing route of a laser beam by using the laser beam superior in directivity as compared with light such as an electric bulb for the position display device. In addition, when a transparent or translucent member is arranged at a position irradiated by the laser beam used for the position display device, because the member is colored, thereby the accurate position of the position display device can be informed to the observer even in darkness in addition to the above action effect. |
