A hairline pattern forming method is provided to form irregular hairlines on a transfer film by silk screen printing, after forming scratches by scratching a carbonic acid layer of a carbon paper by a steel brush. A hairline pattern forming method comprises the steps of: forming scratches by scratching a carbonic acid layer of a carbon paper only in one direction several times by a steel brush(A); reading the surface of the carbonic acid layer having scratches, by a scanner, and converting the read data into an image file and storing the image file(B); forming a scratch print layer by printing only the scratched portion of the stored image file on one surface of a light transmitting mask film by a printer(C); forming the same non-settled part as the scratch print layer by equally applying photosensitive liquid on a first silk screen produced by weaving fibers and placing the mask film having the scratch print layer, on the upside of the first silk screen coated with the photosensitive liquid(D); and forming print layers where hairlines are expressed, on a synthetic resin transfer film by the first silk screen and a second silk screen that does not have a settled layer(E).
