SOLID-STATE ION SELECTIVE MEMBRANE SENSOR USING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AS SUBSTRATE

A substrate for a solid-state ion selective membrane electrode using a printed circuit board is provided to improve electrochemical stability of the substrate by forming an inner insulating layer and an outer insulating layer on the printed circuit board to protect a metal layer. A substrate for a solid-state ion selective membrane electrode comprises a printed circuit board(10). The printed circuit board is provided with a plating layer(20), an inner insulating layer(30), an outer insulating layer and an electrical ground part(50). A multi-layer arrangement sensor is electrically connected to a connector through the plating layer. The inner insulating layer and the outer insulating are formed on the printed circuit board to protect the metal layer. The printed circuit board is made of one selected from an epoxy resin substrate, a composite substrate and a flexible substrate.
