A finishing material for construction interior materials is provided to be excellent in far infrared ray and anion emission performances, to block harmful materials effectively, and to have antibacterial, deodorant, and soundproof effects. A method for manufacturing a finishing material for construction interior materials includes the steps of: (1) stirring and mixing 100wt% of a mixture comprising 60-70wt% of loess, 10-20wt% of fine charcoal, 5-15wt% of kaolin, 2-8wt% of clay, and 2-8wt% of other materials(zeolite, bentonite, feldspar, quartzite, etc); and (2) firing the mixture of the step (1) to an optimized temperature below 1200 °C.
