A laser marking device and a method thereof are provided to perform the laser marking on the surface of a cylindrical shaped object without distortion. A laser marking device comprises a static marking signal generator(120), a scanner(110), a servo driver(130) and a controller(150). The static marking signal generator generates a static marking signal successively by dividing the pattern to be marked into a plurality of lines. The scanner marks the shape on the surface of the objects by irradiating the beam generated from a laser radiation element(100).
