A magnetic head, a magnetic recording medium and a magnetic recording apparatus employing the same are provided to perform magnetic records of high density by lowering coercivity through an electrical accessory unit. A magnetic head(130) comprises: a main pole(132); a return yoke(133) of which magnetic path comprised with the main pole; a coil(134) inducing magnetic field in order to emit magnetic field for magnetic record through the end of a magnetic recording medium(110) of the main pole; an insulating layer(136) electrically insulating the main pole and the return yoke. The main pole is electrically connected to outside and emits electric field assisting the magnetic record with the magnetic field for the magnetic record.
