A nano particle layer, a display panel using plasmon resonance of a nano particle, and a display device using the same are provided to perform an image of high quality by controlling a wavelength of a radiated light according to a size or a shape of a metal nano particle. A nano particle layer(230) includes a first surface(30a) and a metal nano particle(20). An evanescent wave is radiated on the first surface of the nano particle layer. The metal nano particle is adjacent to the first surface, and generates a plasmon resonance by scattering the evanescent wave. The first surface is included in a transparent film(30). The metal nano particle is embedded inside the transparent film, and has a spherical shape.
