A metal powder composition including plastic materials and a molded product manufacturing method using the same are provided to make shockproof products by molding the product of integrated with the thermoplastic resin. A molded product manufacturing method using the metal powder composition including plastic materials(21) comprises a step for providing the metal powder composition including plastic materials; a step for heating the metal powder to 70-150°C; and a step for fusing the metal powder with polar ethylene, master batch, and fly ash at 120-300°C. The plastic materials is made of metal powder 62-78 weight%, polyethylene 10-25 weight%, and the master batch 8-12 weight% and fly ash 5-15 weight%.
