PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body having strong thermal-shock resistance and excellent adhesion. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the multilayer laminated body and its manufacturing method. The multilayer laminated body comprises: at least one of a metallic layer and a resin layer; and an elastic electric insulation layer, wherein the metallic layer and/or the resin layer is adhered to the elastic electric insulation layer. The elastic electric insulation layer is composed of an unsaturated carboxylic acid-grafted denatured polyolefin.
