In the present invention, a secondary battery is disclosed. The secondary battery comprises: a battery cell including an electrode; a cap cover arranged on the battery cell, and having an opening to expose the electrode; a connection member arranged on the cap cover, and electrically connected to the electrode; and a protrusion unit protruded toward an upper part from the cap cover, and supporting the connection member at a position where the connection member is lifted from the cap cover. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the secondary battery for preventing damage of the connection member electrically connected to the battery cell is provided. |
