The present invention relates to a method for producing a skin care cosmetic composition and a skin care cosmetic composition produced thereby. According to the present invention, the method includes the following steps: preparing spicules; preparing a composition by mixing a culture medium of adipose stem cell derived from human, epidermal growth factor (EGF), vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), acetyl hexapeptide-8, copper tripeptide-1, and fermented plant extract; and producing a cosmetic composition by mixing the additive mixture. |
