PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation system that reduces driving electric power even with a small-sized liquid crystal displays.SOLUTION: A controller 100 controls a switching unit 200 so that electric charges stored in a display (liquid crystal display 300) will move to a capacitor (capacitor circuit 400) or electric charges stored in the capacitor (capacitor circuit 400) will move to the display (liquid crystal display 300) when changing the polarity of the display (liquid crystal display 300), and the display (liquid crystal display 300) includes a plurality of liquid crystal displays deposited on one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
