PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing performance of a system when the processing executed with a plurality of processors contained in the system synchronizes.SOLUTION: A parallel computing system 100 has a signal line which connects the processors among each of NUMA nodes. In an example of figure 1, a parallel computing system 100 has a signal line h which connects a core c1 and a core c2. The core c1 and the core c2 execute a dependence loop of a thread parallel.
