PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device and a radiation measurement device capable of reducing the number of noise generation circuits, and achieving simplification and size reduction of a circuit structure.SOLUTION: A signal processing device (10) comprises: noise generation means (15) of generating noises having the same intensity in a band wider than at least a frequency of a weak signal (P) of detection target; a plurality of delay circuits (16a to 16d) that give different delay times, in parallel, to noises (Vn) generated by the noise generation means in a state of being independent from the weak signal and delay the noises; a plurality of adder circuits (12a to 12d) that add respective noises (Vd1 to Vd4) delayed in the plurality of delay circuits to a plurality of branched signals branched from an input signal; a plurality of threshold value processing circuits (13a to 13d) that threshold-process respective branched signals to which the respective noises are added; and a detection circuit (14) that combines output signals (Vb1 to Vb4) output from the threshold processing circuit with one another and detect the weak signal included in the input signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
