PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation optical system that allows even a downsized and simple configuration to correct image blurs.SOLUTION: An observation optical system comprises: a pair of lens barrels including respective correction lenses; a drive unit that moves both the correction lenses in a direction vertical to an optical axis of an optical system including the correction lenses; a pupil distance adjustment unit that is arranged between the pair of lens barrels, and rotates the lens barrel around an axis along the lens barrel to change a distance between the pair of lens barrels; and a correction unit that changes a movement direction of the correction lens in accordance with the rotation of the lens barrel by the pupil distance adjustment unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
