PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove only burrs effectively and efficiently, by disposing strip-shaped coated abrasives helically and successively between pitches with a constant gap.SOLUTION: A coated abrasive holder 1 for a deburring brush includes: a disc-shaped core body 10 having a thickness exceeding the thickness of coated abrasives 3, and also having a through-hole 12 for annularly mounting to a rotating shaft of a rotating drive means in the center; a flange 15 formed by helical revolution through a fault part 16 staggeringly moved in the thrust direction by the thickness t distance of the core body 10 in an outer periphery of the core body 10; and a structure specified as a mounting surface 15s of the coated abrasives 3 on a top side of the flange 15. Multiple strip-shaped coated abrasives 3 are mounted on the mounting surface 15s to constitute a disc-shaped brush-constituting disc 2, and then a proper number of brush-constituting discs 2 are laminated in the rotating axis direction to thereby form a roll-shaped deburring brush 4. |
