The present invention relates to a zinc oxide (ZnO) thin film having excellent light transmittance and light diffusivity, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight unit and a solar cell including the same, and more specifically, to a ZnO thin film having a microstructure, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight and a solar cell including the same. The method for manufacturing a ZnO thin film having a microstructure comprises: a step of mixing a ZnO precursor, an organic solvent, and an amine-based composition to form a mixture; a step of applying the mixture on a substrate to form a coating layer; and a step of performing a drying process on the coating layer under less than an atmospheric pressure to form a ZnO microstructure. |
